Our inspection robots are applied to the mobile inspection and inspection of the refining and chemical plant area, tank area, and low air pipe corridor products, which replaces manual inspection to a large extent, and have the functions of autonomous movement, spot inspection, thermal imaging temperature measurement, instrument identification, leak identification, sound detection, automatic charging and so on. The ground intelligent inspection robot developed by the company is an "exclusive" intelligent equipment for the safety production and management of the petrochemical industry. It adopts the autonomous high-precision navigation and positioning algorithm of 3D laser SLAM and inertial navigation integration. Spot inspection covers 10~20KHz vibration monitoring, and infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement covers -20℃~+150C autonomous cruise scanning detection. The maximum moving speed is 1.5m/s, and the single battery life is 4 hours.
